Two new PHASES have been added to PYTHIA: 

• The MISSION PHASE, in which players collaborate on a brief worldbuilding exercise to establish context for the COMPLIANCE PHASE. In their service to the state -- as a celebrity, a symbol or a weapon of war -- PYTHIA produces news stories, online rumors and a not insignificant number of casualties; this phase determines which of these the CANDIDATE has heard of, and how they've turned out.
• The END PHASE, an alternative ending phase, in which the CANDIDATE confronts the last instance of PYTHIA that exists, having destroyed all their backups. By ENDING THE PROJECT, the CANDIDATE has decided that they cannot tolerate PYTHIA living. In the END PHASE, they have the opportunity to justify that decision, if they can.
